Britney Spears has had her very public and very media-sized melt down not too long ago. Since that point she has successfully been working to turn herself around and reach out to her fans for support along the way. As a die hard Britney fan I must say she has increasingly become more idol worthy since this horrible mishap. From hitting rock bottom she has been clawing and scratching her way back to the top and it should absolutely be acknowledged. For me personally her efforts to clean herself up show me how anyone is able to take a bad situation and make something wonderful out of it, which she has. Her new album is proof of such.
Our very own queen of pop has graced us with yet another leaked track off her new album Femme Fatale. Britney Spears has been working hard during the production of this album for close to 2 years now and we'll finally be able to see the outcome of her work soon! So far she has yet to let her fans down, and claims this album is her best album to date. Her recently aired music video for her song "Hold It Against Me" has received over 18 million hits on youtube alone in around 2 weeks. It's easy to say that her fans are eager and awaiting this album set to be released on March 29th, with it's date being pushed back 2 weeks it's only leaving us foaming at the mouth waiting for more. She has released the new track "Til the World Ends" on her bandpage on facebook. You can check it out here and like her on facebook! It seems as if she's been using more techno beats and futuristic sound to up the rhythm of this new album and it's been working out so far.

Oh man, I have such a hard time liking her. I'm not a fan of her music at all. It does nothing to improve my mood or make me want to dance or anything. I won't down her, though. She's obviously famous for a reason, and everyone deserves credit where credit is due. I just wish she'd actually SING a song. Most of her stuff seems like the same old crap with a different techno beat in the background. Artists who want to survive should evolve. I watched her video for "Hold It Against Me" and it was like watching a Britney video from like ten years ago. The only difference being that she is now closer to 30 rather than 20. Ok, I'm done shattering your dreams. I had a really hard time writing these things to you. :(
ReplyDeleteHere the track when it got leaked and I just went meh. The issue I have with Brit is that she just doesn't make the top music in the genre anymore. She's been passed by Gaga, Perry, Ke-dollar sign-Ha, among others. I do like routing for a comeback story though and I will watching to see what happens.
ReplyDeleteI am not a fan of Britney Spears' music, but I am glad that she has managed to turn her life around after her meltdown. It is hard being in the public eye all the time, which is one of the many reasons I am glad I am not famous haha. I agree with Ryan though too, even though she is still having some success, I think she is getting passed by all the new pop singers, especially Lady Gaga and Ke$ha. Hopefully she stays on track though!
