I'll admit I'm a bit of a sucker when it comes to health and beauty products in general but this one in particular caught my eye after a certain few occurring incidences while making my way around campus from class to class.
I can't stand the "cougher" who exists in almost every class I have on my schedule. It's never that normal clear the throat cough either, it's always that deep coming from the bottom of the lung cough that makes my entire body cringe. Unconsciously I've noticed my body even turns towards the opposite direction of where I hear the cough and my "flight" instincts overpower my mind sending off the red alert 'get me the eff out of here' feeling. Then I find myself wondering why this person is even in the classroom with such an immense disgusting cough. Does he/she not realize they could be spreading all kinds of germs all over the place? Never the less I decided to take a proactive step in helping myself fight these particular individuals passive aggressively of course.
I came across the One A Day multivitamin Energy edition. I'm not a big vitamin taker and probably should be since they have such beneficial outcomes like keeping my inner body healthy. This product though has a little more Vitamin B and a Guarana Blend that is supposed to help support mental and physical focus for day to day tasks. I thought this would come even more handy with helping me focus during my classes in a more natural way than with my all time favorite choice being a coffee beverage.
So far since taking this product I can say it's been doing what it advertises. I feel as if my body is becoming more focused for daily tasks than it would be normally minus the vitamins. This could also be a hoax which I am aware of, almost like a trickery of the mind into believing the product works when it possibly doesn't. Either way I think this is a product worth buying and trying for yourself, what have you got to lose? Check out their website here! and enjoy :-)
I am ashamed to say, that a few weeks back, I was probably one of those gross coughers that you mentioned. I don't know about the others, but my personal excuse is that even when I'm sick, I put myself out there in public because I can't afford to miss it. I do, however, do my best to cover my mouth, or get up and leave to blow my nose, spit out nasty whatever, etc. I like to think I'm considerate, and I wash my hands OFTEN to avoid spreading my germs.
ReplyDeleteI had a roommate once who swore by taking Airborne on a daily basis to avoid getting sick. She never really did get sick while she was on it, but it got expensive, and so she stopped taking it. As soon as she did, wouldn't you know it...she got sick. So all the positive feedback you have for your One-A-Day could be in your head, but I think you're onto something.
